# HEBIO

> Autonomous robotic systems for EUR pallet movement in warehouse automation. HEB-IO GmbH develops double-prong robotic swarms that autonomously lift and transport EURO pallets in warehouses, automating truck loading/unloading 24/7.

HEBIO's plug-and-play solution requires only 1/20th of the time vs. manual processes. The robot (120 x 20 x 9 cm) fits inside Euro pallet openings, weighs under 50 kg, and lifts up to 2,000 kg. Up to 33 robot pairs operate in parallel with omnidirectional drive, centimeter-level positioning, and laser navigation. Battery runtime is 6-8 hours per charge. The ROS 2-based control system integrates with SAP, WMS, MES, and ERP systems, and is VDA 5050 compatible. Deployment options include on-premise, cloud, or hosted. Business models: purchase, leasing, or Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS).
